To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unwashed, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been used or washed.

Return Shipping
Change of mind returns: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or incorrect items: we will cover the return shipping cost in full.

However, if you prefer a crisper look, a light steam or low-heat iron will easily smooth it out.
