To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unwashed, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been used or washed.

Return Shipping
Change of mind returns: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or incorrect items: we will cover the return shipping cost in full.

Does garment-washed, stonewashed cotton need to be ironed?
No, one of the greatest benefits of garment-washed bedding is its effortless upkeep. The process gives the fabric a naturally relaxed, soft-wrinkled texture that looks sophisticated and cozy without ironing. However, if you prefer a crisper look, a light steam or low-heat iron will easily smooth it out.
Is some colour fading normal after the first wash?
